Do you argue with your ex in-front of your children?
After a broken relationship there can be arguments between you and your ex. You have even just left a relationship that was filled with fights and disagreements. Do these things cause you argue with your ex in front of your child/children?
You must keep in mind the effects of your arguing or fighting in front of your children. Arguing and fighting in front of your children can affect them negatively in a variety of ways such as:
- Your child feeling frustrated and helpless
- Your child can develop a low self-esteem.
- Your child may start to struggle in school and have poor grades
- Your child can become stressed out and feel like they need to choose sides.
- Your child may grow to display the same actions with their family in the future.
There are ways to prevent this type of situation or to handle it. This will be discussed in detail in our upcoming show. It is important to protect your child from the pain and suffering that arguing and fighting in front of him/her can cause.
